Here's another this time based in B melodic minor.

Once you know triads well, it's easy to move notes around a little bit like the A note which is the flat 7 of the B natural minor scale. Here we move it back to the major 7th position, which the melodic minor scale uses, which gives us some interesting chords, like the B minor maj 7 and the C augmented which we use here.
